WELCOME TO OUR THEATRE!

Time Arc Theatre is committed to bringing small venue theatre to the community in the ballroom of the Old Post Office in downtown Superior. Time Arc Theatre strives to feature local playwrights, directors and actors, as well as community members interested in technical aspects of theatre to continue to provide original, history-based local and regional stories supplemented with timeless classics.

Adult Acting Classes in 2026!

Tuesdays,  May 12 - June 16, 2026
7-9 p.m.

Third Floor of The Old Post Office

1401 Tower Avenue, Superior WI

Join veteran and aspiring Twin Ports actors for a six-week introductory course teaching adults fundamentals and advanced strategies of acting for the stage and screen.

Hosted by:  Dr. Robert Larson

Rob is a Time Arc Theatre board member, long time stage and screen actor in the Twin Ports area and Director of the Communication and Media Studies program at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth.

 

Classes cover:

  • The audition process

  • Headshot and resume clinic (all participants will have their headshot taken and print and digital copies will be included in tuition)

  • Preparing an audition monologue

  • Dialogue and scene partners

  • Philosophy and methods for a stage actor

 

Participants will enjoy a mix of theory, discussion, and most importantly, acting practice with multiple scene partners during our six-week intensive course.
