His loving wife, Marianne, decides to cheer him up by giving him a surprise birthday present to show him how much he’s loved – a funeral! But as she’s planning the festivities, inviting friends and relatives and even making arrangements with the undertaker, John finds out and immediately thinks Edna plans to kill him! Thinking he’ll outwit her, John decides to escape and buys a one-way ticket to Mexico. When Marianne finds the plane ticket she thinks he’s planning to leave her!
